1. Identification
The website www.maisonmonravel.com is published by LNP Paris, a company with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 931 071 617, whose registered office is at 28 avenue des Pépinières, 94260 Fresnes, France. Maison Monravel is a registered trademark.
2. Purpose
These General Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) govern access to the website and the purchase of products offered by Maison Monravel. Any use of the website or order confirmation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy.
3. Products and Availability
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Maison Monravel reserves the right to modify or withdraw any product without prior notice.
4. Orders
Each order constitutes a purchase offer. It becomes binding only after email confirmation and receipt of payment. Maison Monravel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud, or stock shortage.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in euros, VAT included, excluding delivery and customs fees. Payment is made online via approved secure providers (Shopify Payments, etc.). The buyer warrants that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Complimentary delivery in mainland France for orders over €200. Delivery times communicated by carriers are indicative and may vary by destination. No compensation will be due for delays beyond Maison Monravel’s control (carrier, customs, force majeure, etc.). Ownership and risk transfer upon delivery of the parcel to the customer (Article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code).
7. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Products must be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be sent to: contact@maisonmonravel.com. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error attributable to Maison Monravel.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, videos, code) are the exclusive property of Maison Monravel and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Personal Data
Data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable regulations (GDPR). Shopify acts as a technical processor and may host certain data outside the European Union.
10. Liability
Products are provided “as is.” Maison Monravel shall not be liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the website or the products. Shopify acts solely as a technical service provider and assumes no commercial responsibility.
11. Force Majeure
Maison Monravel shall not be held liable for any delay or failure resulting from an event of force majeure (natural disaster, war, strike, network failure, etc.).
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris (France).
